Polyphenols are the major healthy compounds present in teas. The catechins are the major polyphenolic compounds in green tea, which include epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), epigallocatechin, epicatechin-3-gallate and epicatechin, gallocatechins and gallocatechin gallate. Our Tea is many times over regular Green tea.

Easy to brew Take 5g to 8g of tea, rinse the tea once during the first infusion, pour it immediately after adding water, and then infuse it with 100 degree boiling water. Generally, the second and third bubbles have the strongest fragrance and the fifth and sixth bubbles have the best taste.
